SONOMA COUNTY, CA (April 2, 2020) – 69-year-old Harry Gee, a Daly City man, was killed in a collision with a tree-trimming truck on Highway 12, near Oakmont Drive.
According to California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 7:30 a.m. when 29-year-old Tanner Robinson, the driver of a truck towing a wood chipper, ran a red light at the intersection of Oakmont Drive and Highway 12, T-boning Gee in his Honda Civic.
Gee had been making a legal left turn at the time of the crash. Gee was pronounced dead at the scene.
Robinson has since been arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.
