Seal Beach Hit-and-Run Left Two Adults and Three Teenagers with Serious Injuries
Seal Beach, CA (February 12, 2023) – Two adults and three teenagers were transported to hospitals after sustaining serious injuries in a Seal Beach hit-and-run on Saturday. According to Los Angeles Times, authorities responded to the crash around 7:15 pm.
Five people sustained serious injuries after a Seal Beach hit-and-run caused by an unidentified driver.
Police responded to a Seal Beach hit-and-run at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street on Saturday evening.
At least five people were transported to hospitals.
As of recent updates, two of the victims have been discharged. The other three teenage girls are still hospitalized but are in stable condition.
According to police, the unidentified driver was speeding and crashed into the side of another vehicle occupied by the five victims. The suspect then abandoned his Mercedes 300D Class and fled on foot.
A few witnesses immediately went to the scene to help and called 911.
Authorities described the suspect driver as a man aged 18-20, around 5 foot 10 inches tall.
