Meet Laura Sedrish
Laura Sedrish is a Partner at Jacoby & Meyers and one of the most accomplished plaintiff personal injury attorneys in California. She has successfully negotiated on behalf of both national and international clients regarding a range of litigation needs. With over two decades of experience practicing law, the sought after speaker and mother of two devotes her free time to educating and promoting women in law. Ms. Sedrish’s scrupulous attention to detail, dynamic advocacy to her clients, sharp negotiation skills, trial experience, and acute understanding of each client’s unique needs makes her a vital part of the team of legal professionals at Jacoby & Meyers.
Prior to joining Jacoby & Meyers, Ms. Sedrish has personally obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of injured clients. Ms. Sedrish is rated a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers of Southern California, and was named a “Top 50 Women” Super Lawyer in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021, and a “Top 100” Super Lawyer in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Ms. Sedrish is a licensed member of the State Bar of California and State Bar of Nevada, and obtained her J.D. from U.C.L.A. Law School, after obtaining her B.S. degree from Duke University in Durham, NC. She is currently obtaining her LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
