Henri Chinchilla was found lying on the freeway, covered with debris from the multi-vehicle collision.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), they found a Honda Civic, a Nissan Altima, and a minivan blocking multiple lanes of the San Bernardino Freeway.
