Moreno Valley, CA (July 20, 2022) – Mikela Janice Lang (33) was identified as the fatality in a hit-and-run crash on Perris Boulevard and Filaree Avenue in Moreno Valley. According to The Sun, the crash happened around 6:30 pm on Tuesday.

The Riverside County Sheriff Department officials responded to reports of a fatal crash involving a vehicle and a motorcyclist on Perris Boulevard and Filaree Avenue in Moreno Valley.
Authorities found the motorcyclist dead at the scene. She was later identified as Mikela Janice Lang of Moreno Valley.
According to investigators, the driver ran a red light and then hit the motorcyclist on Perris Boulevard. Following the crash, several witnesses reportedly stopped the driver from fleeing the scene on foot.
The driver was identified as Byron Alexander Cifuentes Saucedo of Hemet. He did not sustain any injuries. Authorities then arrested him on suspicion of felony vehicular manslaughter and felony hit-and-run.
