Sacramento, CA (September 8, 2022) – Roseann Mary Guzman (34) of Wheatland was identified as the fatality in a traffic crash on Interstate 5 in Sacramento. According to The Sacramento Bee, the crash happened around 6:30 pm on Wednesday.

The California Highway Patrol reported a fatal traffic crash involving a minivan and two Caltrans subcontractors on Interstate 5 in Sacramento.
One worker died at the scene, and the other was transported to a hospital after sustaining major injuries. The fatality was identified as Roseann Mary Guzman of Wheatland.
According to authorities, two Caltrans subcontractors were outside their pickup truck setting up cones and signage to mark night work when a northbound minivan struck them and their pickup truck.
Meanwhile, the driver of the minivan did not sustain injuries.
This crash remains under investigation.
