Turlock, CA (October 13, 2022) – Santiago Estrada-Gonzalez (83) of Delhi, California was identified as the fatality in a hit-and-run crash on Fulkerth Road in Turlock. According to KCRA, the crash occurred around 3:31 pm on Tuesday.

The Turlock Police Department responded to a fatal hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian on Fulkerth Road in Turlock.
Paramedics immediately attempted life-saving measures on the pedestrian. Unfortunately, he later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities identified the victim as Santiago Estrada-Gonzalez of Delhi, California.
According to witnesses, a driver struck Estrada-Gonzalez while he was walking along Fulkerth Road near a bus stop. The driver, now identified as Armando Michael Arreola, then fled the scene.
In a recent update, it was reported that Arreola turned himself in. He was booked into the Stanislaus County Jail on charges of manslaughter and felony hit-and-run.
