ANTELOPE, CA (July 5, 2019) – Terilynn Collins, 25, suffered major injuries in a 1 a.m. hit-and-run on Palmerson Drive.
Collins was walking back home with her boyfriend after enjoying the Fourth of July fireworks displays in her neighborhood when a black SUV struck her on the sidewalk, sending her flying into the air.
