Tracy Police Department officials reported that around 5:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of Laguna and Holly Drive to investigate a collision. Upon arrival, they discovered that a sedan had collided with a parked pickup truck.
Emergency responders assisted the individuals involved in the crash. Unfortunately, one passenger, a 24-year-old woman, succumbed to her injuries at the scene. Another passenger, an 18-year-old man, passed away after being transported to the hospital.
Additionally, a 15-year-old boy who was also a passenger sustained significant injuries in the collision.
Meanwhile, investigators suspect that Gullatt was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision and took him into custody.
