Los Angeles, CA (December 27, 2022) – Trina Newman (61) was identified as the fatality in a hit-and-run crash near Broadway and 88th Street. According to Centre Daily, the crash was reported around 3:25 pm on Christmas Eve.
Trina Newman was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver after dropping off Christmas gifts at a local community center in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Police Department reported a fatal hit-and-run crash in the area of South Broadway and 88th Street.
Responding officers pronounced the victim dead at the scene. She was recently identified by news outlets as Trina Newman.

According to reports, Newman was walking back to her car after dropping off Christmas gifts at a local community center when the crash occurred.
