Genevieve Bourret-Roy is a trial attorney specializing in catastrophic personal injury cases.

Genevieve is a litigation attorney who began her career as a trial lawyer in her home country, Canada, before being admitted to the California Bar in 2018. Since then, she has secured seven-figure verdicts and settlements for her clients, in Canada and in California.

Genevieve received her law degree from the University of Montreal and worked as a trial lawyer for one of Montreal’s largest law firms before moving to California and earning her LL.M. from the UCLA School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class and receiving the UCLA Dean’s Tuition Scholarship.

Genevieve has successfully handled numerous cases involving spine injuries and traumatic brain injuries. She briefed and argued before the state appellate courts and contributed to significant legal precedent in the published decision of Kon v. City of Los Angeles (2020), 49 Cal. App. 5th 858.

Beyond her professional life, Genevieve enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and young daughter. She is fluent in French and English and is an active member of the Quebec Bar, the California State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
