According to the report, the accident happened when a sedan broadsided an SUV.
Due to the incident, authorities closed the northbound I-5 ramp and implemented one-way traffic control on Twin Cities Road.
By 4 p.m., the CHP reopened all lanes, and approximately 30 minutes later, they reopened the onramp from Twin Cities Road.
Furthermore, the crash did not result in any fatalities, and the CHP has ruled out DUI as a factor in this Sacramento car crash.
