Aromas, CA (June 22, 2022) – Alex Mascarenoluque (32) of Los Banos was identified as the fatality in a two-vehicle crash in Aromas on Wednesday. According to KSBW, the incident reportedly occurred around 3:45 pm.
Two people in the first pickup were pronounced dead at the scene. One of the fatalities was the driver, later identified as Alex Mascarenoluque.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to a head-on collision involving two pickup trucks, one with a toy hauler, on Highway 129.

The first pickup had two other passengers. Both were transported to a hospital due to major injuries.
Meanwhile, in the second pickup, five passengers were also taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Right now, authorities are still investigating this incident.
