Manteca, CA (October 26, 2022) – Daniel Yanez (31) was identified as the fatality in a hit-and-run crash on Northgate Drive near Tidewater Bike Path in Manteca. According to ABC10, the crash occurred around 7:20 pm on Saturday.
A pickup truck reportedly struck Daniel Yanez and fled the scene on Northgate Drive near Tidewater Bike Path in Manteca.
The Manteca Police Department responded to reports of a fatal hit-and-run crash on Northgate Drive near Tidewater Bike Path in Manteca.
Responders attempted life-saving measures on the victim. Unfortunately, he was later pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities identified him as Daniel Yanez of Manteca.
According to police, a pickup truck reportedly struck Yanez and fled the scene before they arrived. They also mentioned that Yanez was involved in an unrelated minor accident before the hit-and-run crash.
