According to California Highway Patrol Officer Hunter Gerber, The accident happened around 1:30 a.m. when a Lexus NX 350 veered off the southbound lanes of I-15 near Mission Road for unknown reasons. The abrupt maneuver caused the vehicle to overturn.
Unfortunately, the driver and his female passenger succumbed to injuries at the scene. At this time, the authorities have not disclosed the identities of the deceased.
