San Diego, CA (February 27, 2023) – Joseph Michael Jorge Jacoby (38) was identified as the fatality in a pedestrian crash on Mission Valley in San Diego. According to FOX 5 San Diego, the crash happened around 6:52 pm on February 14.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim in the fatal pedestrian crash in Mission Valley.
They identified the victim as Joseph Michael Jorge Jacoby. He was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene after attempts at life-saving measures.
According to San Diego police, Jacoby was walking on the street when he was struck by a northbound vehicle in the 4800 block of Pacific Highway.
The driver then reportedly stopped to call the authorities.
