Fresno Hit-and-Run Crash Left a Motorcyclist with Major Injuries
Fresno, CA (January 21, 2023) – A motorcyclist suffered major injuries after being involved in a Fresno hit-and-run on Belmont and Hughes Avenues. According to YourCentralValley, the crash was responded to around 3:30 pm on Saturday.
A motorcyclist was found unconscious with major injuries after being involved in a Fresno hit-and-run.
The California Highway Patrol responded to a Fresno hit-and-run involving an SUV and a motorcyclist on Belmont and Hughes Avenues.
Officials then found an unconscious man in the roadway of Belmont Avenue. They immediately transported him to a local hospital.
The unconscious man was identified as a motorcyclist who was a victim of a hit-and-run driver. He reportedly sustained major injuries following the crash.
According to investigators, a westbound black SUV pulling a trailer cut off the motorcyclist as it attempted a U-turn at the intersection of Hughes Avenue.
The motorcyclist could not maneuver out of the way and crashed into the SUV. The driver then reportedly fled the scene.
Right now, the California Highway Patrol officers are still working to locate the suspect vehicle.
