The Calaveras County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 38-year-old Natasha Miranda of Copperopolis.
According to the report, Miranda was driving a 2014 Toyota Camry north on Little John Road at a high-speed rate when, for reasons unknown, she veered left off the roadway and collided with a power pole.
The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to overturn multiple times in a field west of Little John Road.
Moreover, the rollover ejected Miranda from the vehicle, sustaining fatal injuries. Authorities mentioned that she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
