Fresno County, CA (April 21, 2023) – Jeff Mullhofer (48) of Bakersfield was identified as the fatality in a two-vehicle collision on the southwest of Tranquility in Fresno County. According to The Fresno Bee, the crash occurred around 9:30 am.
Jeff Mullhofer was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the fatal two-vehicle collision on Tranquility in Fresno County.
Authorities responded to a fatal two-vehicle collision involving a service truck on the southwest of Tranquility in Fresno County.
A passenger died at the scene. The Fresno County Coroner’s Office identified him as Jeff Mullhofer of Bakersfield.
According to CHP, a northbound service truck failed to stop and struck the passenger side of a Ford pickup. This caused the Ford pickup truck to veer into a field.
Mullhofer was a passenger of the Ford pickup.
The driver sustained moderate injuries.
Meanwhile, the service truck driver did not report any injuries.
The CHP determined that neither driver was suspected of being impaired at the time of the crash.
