The San Diego Police Department reported a Pacific Beach DUI crash involving a pedestrian and a suspected drunk driver.
The pedestrian reportedly sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries on his spine and leg.
According to police, a southbound Nissan Altima struck the pedestrian as he was crossing the intersection.
The Altima driver, only identified as a 60-year-old man, was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
