Pedro Gonzalez Martinez Sustained Fatal Injuries in a Pedestrian Accident in Petaluma
Petaluma, CA (October 26, 2022) – Pedro Gonzalez Martinez (60) was identified as the fatality in a pedestrian accident on N. McDowell Boulevard in Petaluma. According to Patch, the accident happened around 12:42 pm on Sunday.
Pedro Gonzalez Martinez succumbed to his injuries after being struck by a vehicle exiting a property on N. McDowell Blvd. in Petaluma.
The Petaluma Police Department responded to a pedestrian accident on N. McDowell Boulevard while handling an unrelated incident near the area.
Paramedics then rushed the pedestrian to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Sadly, he later succumbed to injuries sustained in the accident.
According to authorities, Martinez was struck by a vehicle exiting a property on N. McDowell Boulevard. The impact caused Martinez to fall and hit his head on the roadway.
The Petaluma PD’s Traffic Team is currently handling the investigation. They considered this incident a slow-speed collision.
