An SR-94 wrong-way crash resulted in four injuries when a black Toyota Prius driver attempted to drive the wrong way and collided with a silver Nissan Altima.
According to the California Highway Patrol, they conducted a standard registration check on the Prius on State Route 15 around 4:05 a.m.
Then, the check showed the vehicle registered as non-operational with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Reportedly, the Prius left the freeway at 30th Street, ignored a stop sign, made a U-turn at the cloverleaf on-ramp, and re-entered SR-94 westbound.
Subsequently, when the Prius driver attempted to drive the wrong way on SR-94, the authorities declared a failure to yield and initiated a pursuit. However, a collision occurred when the Prius hit a Nissan Altima.

Meanwhile, the crash injured four people, who received hospital treatment for minor injuries.
