Ramona, CA (June 8, 2023) – Pat Casey (29) succumbed to fatal injuries sustained in a motocross bike accident at a private track in Ramona. According to Los Angeles Times, the accident occurred around 2:30 pm on Tuesday.

According to California Highway Patrol Officer Jared Grieshaber, Casey missed the landing after attempting a jump on the track.
Unfortunately, after numerous attempts of advanced cardiac life-support measures, paramedics could not resuscitate him.
Casey was a husband and a father of two.
He’s been a celebrated bicycle motocross athlete since his teenage years and went pro at 16.
At 18 years old, he won his first X Games medal, solidifying his status as a top competitor.
One of Casey’s most notable achievements was being the first cyclist to successfully perform the “decade backflip” and “double decade backflip” stunts during a competition.
