Los Angeles, CA (January 30, 2023) – Angeles Rodriguez (55) was identified as the fatality in a tragic crash involving a suspected DUI driver near the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Main Street in Los Angeles. According to KTLA, the crash occurred around 5:00 am.

The victim was recently identified as Angeles Rodriguez. Her loved ones remember her as a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.
Rodriguez was also known as a street vendor for more than 15 years.
According to reports, a suspected drunk driver driving at a high rate of speed ran a red light and crashed into Rodriguez’s car. The initial crash caused the victim’s car to be pushed into a corner of a building.
Rodriguez was on her way to work at the time of the accident.
Authorities then arrested the suspected DUI driver on the scene. However, the driver was reportedly released on bail later that day.
Rodriguez’s family is seeking justice for their mother. They will be hosting a food driver fundraiser to honor her memory.
A GoFundMe page has also been set up to aid the victim’s surviving family.
Right now, the crash remains under investigation.
