Yuba City, CA (October 24, 2022) – Toni Morgan (35) was identified as the fatality in an alleged DUI crash at Highway 20 and Humphrey Road intersection near Yuba City. According to ABC10, the crash occurred after 1:00 am on Saturday.

Authorities responded to a fatal crash involving an alleged drunk driver at Highway 20 and Humphrey Road intersection near Yuba City.
First responders pronounced one victim dead at the scene. He was identified as Toni Morgan of Yuba City.
According to authorities, a southbound Honda Ridgeline passed a stop sign and then struck a Dodge Charger on Humphrey Road. The Honda was also reportedly going at high speed.
The occupants of the Honda were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The California Highway Patrol later identified the Honda driver as Serina Ali. She reportedly showed signs of alcohol intoxication after they took her to the hospital.
Police booked Ali into jail for felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter charges.
