Carlsbad, CA (November 30, 2022) – A driver, only identified as a 23-year-old female, sustained major but non-life-threatening injuries in an Interstate 5 hit-and-run crash in Carlsbad. According to FOX 5 San Diego, the crash occurred around 5:20 am.
A 23-year-old female driver was hospitalized after sustaining major but non-life-threatening injuries in an Interstate 5 hit-and-run crash in Carlsbad.
A hit-and-run crash near Interstate 5 in Carlsbad left a driver with major, non-life-threatening injuries on September 18.
The victim, only identified as a 23-year-old female driver, was transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital following the hit-and-run crash.
According to reports, another driver rear-ended the victim’s vehicle in the #2 lane of I-5 northbound and fled the scene.
Authorities were recently able to locate and arrest the other driver on suspicion of multiple charges, including felony hit-and-run. He is now identified as Trevor Daniel Johnson.
