Harold David Ray and Shannon Marie Breer Fatally Struck in Oceanside Blvd Pedestrian Accident in North County
San Diego County, CA (November 30, 2022) – Harold David Ray (55) and Shannon Marie Breer (53) were identified as the fatalities in a pedestrian accident on Oceanside Boulevard in San Diego County. According to FOX 5 San Diego, the accident happened around 8:30 pm on Thanksgiving.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the two fatalities in the pedestrian accident that took place on Oceanside Boulevard during Thanksgiving.
Despite life-saving measures, both victims died at the scene. Examiners determined that it was due to blunt force trauma sustained in the crash.
The victims were recently identified as Harold David Ray (55) and Shannon Marie Breer (53).
According to Oceanside Police Department, Ray and Breer were walking in the middle of a roadway near the 1800 block of Oceanside Boulevard when a vehicle struck them.
Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and showed no signs of impairment or speeding at the time of the crash.
