Karen Lynn Prado, a 43-year-old resident of Hayward, lost her life when the motorcycle she was riding collided with a van on the 1600 block of Whipple Road.
Unfortunately, Prado, the motorcycle passenger, died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the motorcycle’s operator was rushed to a local hospital for medical attention and is expected to recover.
Moreover, the van driver remained at the crash site and fully cooperated with the ongoing investigation, according to police reports.
