Adrian Luis Perez of Bloomington died at the scene after losing control of his vehicle in a Freeway 15 solo-car accident in the southbound Interstate 15 transition ramp to Eastbound I-10.
The California Highway Patrol revealed the identity of the Bloomington driver who lost control of his vehicle early Sunday morning.
The Ontario County Coroner identified the driver as 31-year-old Adrian Luis Perez, a resident of Bloomington.
Based on the reports, the collision occurred on the southbound Interstate 15 transition ramp to Eastbound I-10 at around 4:52 a.m. on Sunday. Officers from the California Highway Patrol and the Ontario Fire Department responded to the crash.
Perez reportedly drove on the southbound Interstate 15 transition ramp to the Eastbound I-10 freeway. He lost control of his vehicle for unknown reasons, veered down the right shoulder embankment, and stopped near a business rear parking lot.
Unfortunately, the driver suffered fatal injuries due to the collision.
