Head-On Collision in Merced Killed Amandeep Toor, David Faulkner, and Jenny Faulkner
Merced, CA (August 9, 2022) – Amandeep Toor (38) of Atwater, David Faulkner (33), and Jenny Faulkner (33) of Merced were identified as the fatalities in a head-on collision on Santa Fe Drive west of Franklin Road in Merced. According to Merced Sun-Star, the crash was reported around 6:00 am on Sunday.
Amandeep Toor, David Faulkner, and Jenny Faulkner were pronounced dead at the scene after a fatal head-on collision on Santa Fe Drive in Merced.
The California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a fatal head-on collision on Santa Fe Drive west of Franklin Road in Merced.
Emergency medical personnel then pronounced three people dead at the scene. Amandeep Toor of Atwater was among the identified fatalities. The other two were occupants of the other vehicle involved. They were identified as David Faulkner and Jenny Faulkner of Merced.
According to authorities, Faulkner’s vehicle crossed over into the oncoming traffic on the eastbound lane of Santa Fe Drive and then collided head-on with Toor’s vehicle.
This incident remains under investigation.
