San Diego, CA (April 5, 2023) – A male driver was hospitalized after a T-bone crash in San Diego. The injured driver is said to have just signed a contract to play professional soccer. According to CBS8, the crash happened around 6:00 am on Wednesday.

Police responded to a San Diego T-bone crash involving a pickup truck and a sedan at Kearny Villa Road and Balboa Avenue.
Fortunately, three good samaritans stopped at the scene.
They immediately helped the injured driver inside the sedan. The driver reportedly told them that he had just signed a contract to play professional soccer.
The sedan driver was then hospitalized for treatment of minor injuries.
Meanwhile, the pickup driver was not injured.
According to witnesses, a pickup truck driver ran a red light and T-boned the sedan. He then remained at the scene.
Right now, it’s still unclear whether the pickup truck driver will face any charges.
