Huntington Park, CA (September 5, 2023) – Eduardo Rojas and his mother, Bertha Rojas, succumbed to fatal injuries in a Huntington Park crash. Meanwhile, Cuco Rojas and Kevin Rojas sustained critical injuries and were sent to the hospital. According to ABC7, the crash occurred around 8:45 p.m. on Friday.

The family was returning from dinner when another vehicle hit them.

While the crash is still under investigation, the police suggest the driver might have run a red light and potentially been under the influence.
The suspect’s name, now under custody, has not yet been released.
