Palmdale, CA (November 15, 2022) – Emmanuel Francisco (35) was identified as the fatality in a two-vehicle collision at 40th Street East and East Avenue O in Palmdale. According to City News Service, the collision was reported on Saturday at 6:56 pm.
A two-vehicle collision in Palmdale left Emmanuel Francisco dead and three others injured.
Authorities reported a fatal two-vehicle collision at 40th Street East and East Avenue O in Palmdale.
One fatality was found at the scene. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office confirmed that the victim died of blunt trauma. He was identified as Emmanuel Francisco.
Two of the three injured victims were trapped in one of the vehicles.
Authorities are still working to determine whether the collision was head-on.
