Insuk Lancaster Fatally Struck in Elk Grove Pedestrian Crash
Elk Grove, CA (December 18, 2022) – Insuk Lancaster (60) of Sacramento was identified as the fatality in a pedestrian crash on Sheldon Road in Elk Grove. According to Elk Grove Laguna News, the crash occurred around 9:22 pm on Thursday.
Insuk Lancaster was fatally struck while walking on Sheldon Road in Elk Grove.
The Elk Grove Police Department responded to a fatal pedestrian crash on Sheldon Road.
When they arrived, a pedestrian was found deceased at the scene. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office later identified the victim as Insuk Lancaster of Sacramento.
According to authorities, Lancaster was walking on Sheldon road when she was struck by an eastbound vehicle.
The driver then remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Police determined that impairment or speed did not play a factor in the crash.
