Lonnie Maddox Revealed as Victim in Fatal Car Crash in San Diego
San Diego, CA (May 22, 2022) – Lonnie Maddox (62) of Carson was recently identified as the fatality in a car accident on Interstate 5 near Camp Pendleton in San Diego.
Lonnie Maddox died after getting involved as a passenger in a car accident on Interstate 5 in San Diego.
According to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office, Maddox rode a Jeep as a passenger. Then the Jeep’s driver lost control of the vehicle. It then crashed on the I-5’s northbound lane near Oceanside City’s limits.
Authorities responded to the crash. However, Maddox already passed before they could transport him to a hospital. Meanwhile, the Jeep’s driver and another passenger were transported to an Orange County hospital for medical care.
