Rochelle Rodriguez Died in a Hit-and-Run Incident in Fresno
Fresno, CA (February 25, 2022) – Pedestrian Rochelle Rodriguez (33) died after getting hit by a vehicle near Valentine and Floradora Avenues in Fresno. According to Fox 26 News, the incident happened at around 10:40 pm on Wednesday.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is still looking for the driver of the vehicle involved in this hit-and-run case. According to the CHP, the vehicle hit Rodriguez while she was walking on the road. However, the driver didn’t stop to help Rodriguez. Later, responders arrived at the scene, but Rodriguez already died.
A GMC Sierra pickup hit Rochelle Rodriguez while walking in the roadway.
According to reports, the driver’s vehicle was a dark-colored 1999-2007 GMC Sierra pickup with tinted or smoked headlights. Based on investigations, the pickup sustained damage on the left-front area near the bumper and headlight.
