Topanga, CA (July 31, 2023) – Two individuals sustained injuries in a suspected street-racing car crash in Topanga. According to KTLA, the accident happened around 11:15 p.m. on Sunday.
A suspected street-racing crash in Topanga caused two individuals with injuries in the area of Stunt Road and Saddle Peak Road.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a suspected street-racing crash involving three vehicles on Sunday night in Topanga near Stunt Road and Saddle Peak Road.
The accident caused two individuals to be hospitalized.
Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters witnessed one of the vehicles fully engulfed in flames.
Additionally, video footage captured the wreckage of the three damaged vehicles, with one falling nearly 30 feet down an embankment. The location of the accident was in a canyon near the Topanga Outlook.
Due to the crash, responders rushed two individuals to local hospitals for medical treatment. Their conditions remain undisclosed at this time.
Before the accident, the Malibu sheriff’s station had received multiple reports of vehicles engaged in street racing in the vicinity. However, they could not confirm definitively whether the crash resulted from.
