Los Angeles, CA (July 24, 2023) – Six individuals, including a child, sustained injuries in a Valley Glen multi-car crash in Los Angeles. According to KTLA, the police received a report about the crash at around 7:06 p.m. on Monday.

The crash left five adults and a child with injuries. Responders transported all victims to the hospital in fair condition.
While the exact circumstances leading up to the multi-car crash remain unclear, officers from the LAPD reported a pursuit of a suspected stolen vehicle, described as a 2022 metallic gray Lincoln Corsair, in the 14400 block of Oxnard Street, approximately three miles away from the multi-car accident scene.
Aerial footage captured by Sky5 showed a significant presence of firefighters and police at the scene, with two vehicles displaying heavy damage in the roadway.
Moreover, at a certain point during the pursuit, the suspect, described as a Hispanic male wearing a black shirt, exited the vehicle and attempted to escape on foot from the pursuing police officers.
Following the incident, police established a perimeter near Vanowen Street and Bellaire Avenue, leading to the eventual capture of the suspect.
